I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Cheese toastie.

A poke bowl - salmon, edemame beans, rice, cucumber, carrot, spring onions, sesame oil and crispy chilli oil.

Pizza - chilli stuff crust. Ive made some garlic mayo to dip the crusts.

two boiled eggs
4 markies prunes
a Huel black ready to drink shake in chocolate peanut butter
a fruit pot from pret with apple, pineapple, melon and grapes
a pret super plate, (am travelling) salmon, avocado, brocolloi, beans, some form of grain and dipping sauce and some leaves
a Huel chocolate brownie protein bar.
3 litres of water.

Breakfast: Porridge made with oat milk, prunes, walnuts and flaxseed

Lunch: Lentil and tomato soup

Breakfast: Tofu steak, mashed potato, creamed spinach, broccoli and cauliflower

Snacks: Almonds, dark chocolate and an apple

B - flat white and a ginger shot

L - greek yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries, granola and mixed seeds

D - macaroni cheese with leeks, celery and broccoli

S - a can of kombucha, some cashews and brazil nuts

Today

B - flat white and a ginger shot, plus two homemade cheese and mustard biscuits

L - avocado toast topped with mixed seeds

D - jacket potato with cottage cheese and spring onion

D: peri peri roasted chicken, spiced roasted new potatoes, slaw, green salad, flatbreads (it’s still cooking and I’m rather hungry now, smells good!)

Chipotle chicken (the muscle chef recipe) with kidney beans, corn, 70g rice and 10g cheese

Airfried crumbed chicken, airfried 4 fish fingers, 75g rice, green beans, a kiwi

2 (big) squares of dark milk chocolate

Will also have an apple and some cereal or a cereal bar before bed. Not enough fibre!!! This thread is really making me see how i am not eating well AT ALL. Tomorrow is a new day though...

inbetween - half a Waitrose rhubarb trifle, a Portuguese tart from M&S bakery counter, (I always buy one with the shop, I can't resist) half a coconut Rittersport, some Pringles, a couple of Lindt Lindor

2 small toasted fruit teacakes for breakfast, with proper butter.
2 tuna and cucumber sandwiches on wholemeal bread for lunch.
Home made chicken curry and basmati rice for tea, followed by a slice of home made chocolate fudge cake.
That's more than I usually eat in a day, but I was up at stupid o clock, so did the full breakfast, lunch and tea!
Oh and throughout the day, gallons of no added sugar weak orange and pineapple squash!

Dinner: oven-baked haddock with courgettes, spring onions and herb butter, rice and steamed french beans.
