I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.

Green and red grapes.

A quesadilla made with 2 wraps, tomato & basil pasta sauce, boursin cheese and cheddar. Half a pot of M&S super nutty wholefood salad and about 6 chilli pickled cocktail beetroot (my current obsession).

2 mugs tea, 1 espresso with hot milk

I only eat ever other day. I’m a size 2 and my bmi is 5. On the days I do eat I lick the sugar of Percy pigs and that does me.

You lick the sugar every other day? Pah, I just look at a Percy pig once a week tops, you’re not even trying.

Today I’ve not eaten the most varied diet 🤣

Breakfast, x2 cups of tea & two slices of sourdough bread with marmite
Lunch, tuna roll with salad
Dinner, large sweet & salted popcorn & a large glass of pino 🤣 (at the cinema!)

Went out for tacos with some colleagues at lunch, had a beef birria taco and a salad.
Then dinner was lamb rump and Cavalo Nero (I opted for no potatoes because I’m on MJ and didn’t have much space!).
Usually just go for a raw salad type lunch and then a full dinner so today wasn’t typical but it was all very good!

-Raspberries & blueberries with Greek yoghurt, nuts & seeds
-a few crackers with a bit of cheese
-homemade chilli with brown rice. Some tinned fruit with Greek yoghurt

rice protein and buckwheat pancake with cinnamon and erythritol

4 lentil cakes with 100g roast ham and salad. Slice of protein almond homemade cake and peanut butter on rice cakes. Handful of nuts and seeds.

celery with homemade guacamole and some olives, two peanut butter rice cake sandwiches. A pear and some watermelon.

@Changingplace I am training for super duper ultra wultra marathon, it’s 2000 miles long. I’m sure you’ll agree I’m on the right path. I’ll consider moving to licking every other ever other day. Thanks for the motivation!

Breakfast was a Dairylea dunker, half a watermelon and 2 cups of coffee

Snacks throughout the day included a family bag of skips, a box of Jaffa cakes and a chuck of mild cheddar. Drinks included a can of Monster, a bottle of water and a RedBull

Dinner was Chilli with salad, with half a bottle of wine and 3 x rum & cokes

Just polished off a bowl of cake and custard and I’m eyeing up the cheese in the fridge. Not sure if I can be bothered to get the crackers out and slice the cheese, might just stuff cheddar in my face like a dog taking a worming tablet.

3 cups of coffee with one sugar
Greek yoghurt and granola with chopped strawberries.
home made chicken salad wrap (no mayo or sauce)
1 rice cake
I bag of hula hoops
1 small sausage roll
2 sausages, wedges and veg for tea
nobbly bobbly.
some lentil crisps

wow! I am honestly wondering why I can’t shift a few pounds. I’m not overweight but would like to get my weight back down by half a stone. Now I’ve looked at that list I can see why ! I do exercise a lot but could definitely easily cut a fair few excess calories from the list !

Hahaha my saintly plan to have rice cakes with avocado went out the window. DH opened a bottle of fizz, and I had some of that and a bowl of oven chips instead. Also ate some salami and gherkins before the chips, and an oreo afterwards. Health food.

Didn’t have any, really poor day eating wise for me as I was engrossed in work. I’ve had a ham salad wrap and a tangerine so far today, so already 100% better than yesterday!

Breakfast-overnight oats with fruit medley and drizzle of honey
Snack-handful of nuts and had an Activia Yoghurt.
Lunch (had it early as finishing early at work)- wholemeal roll and tikka chicken
Did try to have some peppers and hummus but honestly full.

One cup of tea decaf and half my water.

Half portion of porridge with banana for breakfast. Whole grain sandwich with chicken avocado and lettuce for lunch. Snack was an apple and I’ve had half a bar of cadburys whole nut. Don’t know what’s for dinner tonight but I’m already hungry!

Today I will mostly be having..... 😂

40g of bran flakes with whole milk and three prunes

2 small walls sausage rolls (the best ones and no arguments)

2 coffees with 2 sugar lumps each

1 cup of tea

2 cups of herbal tea

dinner will be leftover chilli and rice

maybe or maybe not a half bottle of Provence rose

eta I had a Greek yogurt pot with a handful of frozen bloobs, and a spoon of that stuff that's crumbled seeds looks like sawdust

I started really well. Went to the gym & walked the dog so was feeling quite pleased with my activity level so had a protein shake & some crumpets. Then had a really nice piece of fish with salad for lunch. I’ve just ruined it all my eating about 8 custard creams & rich tea 🤣
I’m having drinks tonight too. I’ll have a healthy dinner to try to balance it out.

Only porridge for breakfast so far. That's less than ideal because I should be eating 3 meals a day for health reasons.
