Do you believe the Michael Jackson allegations?

For me it’s undeniable and the evidence is overwhelming, but I’m shocked by the amount of people who don’t.

I've seen all of those and then saw interviews with those involved made a few years later so am not sure.

Plenty was found, porn magazines with Gavin Arvizos fingerprints on them, photo books of naked boys that are made by pedophiles, a naked photo of a boy believed to be Johnathan Spence, another of MJs 'special friends'...

If it were ANYONE else and on top of that there was proof that this person slept with little kids and he had multiple kids accusing him of sexual abuse it would be open and shut.

Michael was never alone, he had body guards, security etc.
One mother said she was in the room the whole time MJ watched movies with her son… it’s said he’d watch movies and then leave the kids and retire to his own bed alone. But as with everything to do with MJ the media fed into lies about him sleeping in an oxygen tank and other such nonsense.
Their was never any evidence of anything when they combed every inch of his property, kids arrived there by the coach load, with their parents and siblings, often when he wasn’t even there.. if he wanted to give dying children a free holiday I find it really sad that people have twisted it to be something else.

Everything I’ve seen states nothing was found and he was cleared. Never heard anything of what you’ve just said and I’ve watched quite a few documentaries about him

I'm not saying I believe everything Google tells me. I'm saying I can't find anything about this anywhere?

Right. I keep seeing he was totally acquitted. I think he was weird, no way I'd have let my kids hang out with him, and am absolutely open to the possibility that he was a child abuser. I can't find anything to prove he was though.

If you didn't see any of that in any of the documentaries then you're watching biased documentaries.

So you are saying nobody actually found these books? That somebody testified the books were there and that was mentioned in the trial.

Well you should know that that can't possibly be true seeing as the police investigation in 1993 only stopped because Jordan Chandler stopped cooperating. And they went to trial in 2005.

The FBI only released some of the files so we don't know everything they had, and look at the Epstein files, the FBI had loads of them back the first time that Epstein was arrested and the state attorney or whoever it was just let him off with 2 Mickey Mouse charges and let him off with the rest, it was 10 years later or so that they went after Epstein again.

Forget AI and look at the google results instead which show you the news stories.

I think it's probably true.
"Beyond reasonable doubt" is actually a pretty high bar and I don't think it is hugely surprising that he was acquitted in a criminal court. When you are a massively popular and wealthy public figure with access to the best lawyers it probably does help you cast some doubt on the allegations against you, and as I understand it, if a jury has any doubt about guilt they have to acquit.
But if the burden of proof had been "on the balance of probabilities" like in civil cases I can't imagine he would have been found not guilty. When you look at his upbringing, various bizarre behaviours as an adult, the evidence of his own words and those of others then I think it is difficult not to come to the conclusion that he was an abused boy who followed the all too common path of becoming an abusive man. That seems a far more plausible explanation to me than any of the others I've heard proffered but I guess we will never know 100% for sure now.
I won't be watching the film.

Every documentary I’ve watched has said there was no evidence. One completely dispelled the allegation because the place and date he said it happened was impossible (building wasn’t built till years later)…
I wasn’t a huge fan, but I think some people sadly make up anything for money!
The 2 adult men that came forward after his death were family friends, they stood up in court during his first allegation as witnesses for Michael being innocent and their parents also stood up for him….. after his death when they couldn’t get anymore out of him they suddenly started speaking out against him….the parents suddenly silent. One accuser wasn’t even at neverland on the dates he alleges it happened, there’s apparently video footage of him at the Grand Canyon with his parents!
anyway people will believe what they want to believe …. As you’ve pointed out, and as I’ve seen on countless documentaries… there was no evidence. But people seem to believe what they want to believe to suit their narrative.

I'm definitely not combing through 30 years of news articles about Jackson. Either we have information that shows he's guilty, or we don't.

I don't say he is definitely not an abuser. I do say that we do not have any proof of that. And that is precisely why the film is being made and why so many will go to see it - they can say "He was acquitted" - and he was.

I won't be going to see it and have my serious doubts about him. But to say we have proof is just not true.

Yes. Undoubtedly his behaviour was and is unacceptable. Morally wrong. This isn’t about law suits. It comes down to a simple question. Would you want your children or children you know or any children to sleep in his bed/ at his home unsupervised? And if you think yes. Would you encourage this behaviour with a family friend, neighbour; complete stranger? How many grown adult men are asking this openly of children, without severe repercussions or questions about their intentions? Utter madness that it’s even up for discussion.

Those documentaries you're watching are making and spreading bullshit then, evidence was found. I've just told you evidence that was found and that it was used in the Arvizo trial.

@T1Dmama I seem to remember something about Wade's family calling Michael constantly, he wasn't even interested in them but the family kept trying to keep in touch with him. It's really hard to know what actually happened.

Yup. They apparently came for a week by invitation and stayed for months…. Michael had to have them removed in the end. And as you say they used him left right and centre.
They claim he abused them in the little train station / clock tower building but it wasn’t built on the dates they gave… also some dates they have Michael wasn’t even in the country … I really hope it’s all looked into properly, dates places etc and they uncover the truth!…. If these men are lying then I hope they are called out for it and charged with something.

There is no evidence because it simply didn’t happen. The boys have dates and places which didn’t exist, dates Michael wasn’t even at Neverland, places that weren’t even built, dates that the parents had previously said they were visiting the Grand Canyon….
Lets hope a proper investigation of the dates and places in done and this can finally be resolved either way! MJ’s children deserve that.
