For me it’s undeniable and the evidence is overwhelming, but I’m shocked by the amount of people who don’t.

It's strange that picture - if it exists - wasn't admitted as evidence. The books were but not a nude photo of a child found in Jackson's house?

That kind of logic was used by some people to claim that no way was Britney a virgin like she said at the time because of some of the moves she did in music videos 🙄I don't really see the connection personally.

Obviously it exists unless you’re trying to say that the FBI/police pretended that they found it and the prosecution tried to get permission to admit evidence that didn’t exist.

Well maybe that as well but I remember comments about the Stronger music vid where she's dancing on the chair and how it was so obvious she wouldn't have moves like that if she was a virgin.

Yes, I know it wasn’t considered illegal but you’re scraping the barrel if you think that proves MJ wasn’t a pedophile.

There is no way that most people who aren’t actually sick would own a book like that with full frontal nudity, written by a pedophile. Just because a pedophile stays on the right side of the law with regards to material they own, that does not mean they aren’t a pedophile.

I think for something to be considered 'child pornography' it needs to depict the child in a sexual act or pose, however I don't think anyone on here would be happy with anyone having nude pictures of their child and shrug it off 'oh well it's not illegal'.

There was a documentary by Louis Therox about pedophiles and he visited a man in prison and up on his wall he had a photo or picture of a boy can't remember what it was of but something along the lines of a boy dressed or in swimming shorts playing with a garden hose, it wasn't illegal but it was blindingly obvious what he was doing with the picture, I think the picture may even have ended up being confiscated from him after that.

Doesn't make sense. Is there proof of this photo? I do often wonder if there's a lot of urban myths posted as facts sometimes because I don't find anything when I look into various things.

No proof from what I’ve seen. A quick google suggests it doesn’t exist and if it did then it’s likely it would come up on the first page of results.

It’s not about legality. It’s about asking yourself why a man in his 40s, who has been accused of molesting multiple children would have material like that if he wasn’t a pedophile.

I cannot imagine how sad it must have felt to be so painfully misunderstood, and if I were MJ, I’d be praying that the people who didn’t at the time would one day see the bigger picture and finally understand everything 💔
