Yeah, it will make sense to have a shadow fleet in cases like this. So shipping oil for country B under country A, because country A is allowed through, which some bilateral deals had allowed, till now.
Now US is meant to control the traffic, it looks like neither country A or B will be able to ship much oil at all to their starving citizens. Have they stopped any ships yet? Sorry just out of work now.

His favourite EU leader - to perve over anyway - has said it’s unacceptable to criticise the Pope - he may finally be embarrassed of himself - probably not.
