I'm not sure where you live but here in the UK, if you - say - went to the centre of town / a public area and proclaimed you would "wipe it out tonight", you would be arrested and locked up. Whether or not you were just rambling and talking shite.

Iran appeared to be adhering to the JCPOA. In 2018, Trump in a tantrum, because Obama had negotiated it, essentially withdrew from the JCPOA. Iran, therefore was not in violation of the agreement in continuing to develop their nukes. By all accounts, they were still a long way off. Plus, Trump allegedly, according to his own words, had already destroyed their nuclear programme in the earlier bombing, which went largely unanswered for by Iran.

So, which is it? Oh, right, doesn't matter to the Trump defenders.

Your argument doesn’t stand. Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, so it’s legally restricted and inspected. Countries like Israel, India and Pakistan didn’t sign it and already have nukes with far less oversight. So the issue isn’t just ‘who’s at fault’ — it’s the double standard. Plus, pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal removed limits and inspections, which made things worse.

It's not just trolling, though, is it? "What Trump says" has already led to the deaths of at least 2000 innocent civilians in Iran, to say nothing of the countless others who have been maimed, bombed out of their homes, or who have had to leave them to save their lives. For any sane world leader, that would weigh very heavily indeed, but he just blocks it out and tells himself that it's anyone's fault except his.
