I'm passing over the fact that if there wasn't a MAGA cult he never would have been re-elected in the first place.

If there wasn't a MAGA cult he would have been 25th'd months ago. I think the number of 'real' MAGAts in Congress is much less than appears. I think the majority of them are MINOs (MAGATs In Name Only) who know they'd be voted out if they don't toe the line. They prefer keeping their 'job' rather than saving the Country.

For the past few weeks, I've been catching MAGA pentiti on the odd commentary channel.

I can't recall any even vaguely contemplating undoing their damage.

These clips all start off which MAGAnauts whining (something they are expert at). Then they say how they wish they have never voted for Trump (yah-di-dah). But then they double down and say they won't do anything about it because everyone has been so mean to them.

It's clear that they are waiting for something from their Lord and Saviour - a sign, maybe - so that they can revert to their previous condition of unthinking loyalty. And yes that previous sentence makes better sense if you lose one word.

When you are truly repentant (so my Bible says) then you don't get to lay down the terms of your penance.

So multiple reports that ICE agents deployed to airports today are just standing around, aimlessly wandering around or chatting amongst themselves with nothing really to do and basically just adding to the congestion in the screening and departure areas. They are unmasked tho'.
