Favourites include:

Generally Red Dwarf ("It's quite straightforward", Holly Hop drive style).
Detectorists (often many things to do with the invisible dogs).
IT Crowd ("Did you see that ludicrous display last night? The trouble with Arsenal is, they think they can walk it in")
Phoenix Nights ("Stranraaaaaer?" "They're a Right Said Fred Tribute Band, Jerry, of course they're not busy").
and The Thick of It or Yes Minister.
