Ditto for the ultra-bright white porcelain caps on their teeth which are often way too big for their mouth too.
These are hugely distracting in real life and so obviously fake.

I agree, I think a lot of these things can look good on a one off highly filtered photo at a certain angle, same as overdone lip fillers or face filler. But in real life it all looks so strange and jarring.
