interrupting the madness
Thank you for your well wishes
I've been to the dentist, but I'm not sure I've done the right thing
It can't be saved, apparently - he's got to take it out. He didn't want to do it then and there because there's nothing to replace it with.
I didn't want to do it then and there because I'm away with a friend in the later part of next week and the last time I had a tooth taken out was in my 20s and it took about four hours and it took me a week to recover - well, I went to work obviously but I remember feeling pretty pants for about a week.
I gather it's a lot less traumatic now - also I had to have healthy teeth taken out because my jaw is too small for my teeth so it was much harder work to get them out.
some of it has broken off, I grind my teeth which causes a lot of problems but it's now sensitive rather than painful.
I was so excited about going away with a friend, I rarely get to go away so I had to organise all of this with mum's care agency too. I don't want to spend the whole time fretting about my teeth, but I need to be really careful not to eat on that side as well.
I won't bore on about my teeth. But just in case anyone needed a Friday the 13th distraction....
I like chatting to you all as well obvs 😚
