Would you spend £500 on a 3 night break?

We are going away for our summer holiday beginning of June but at the minute with this depressing weather have been looking at short breaks.
We have found one £500 for 2 of us all inclusive for 3 nights (we don’t arrive till 8pm first night ) but flight home isn’t till 8.20pm
So we would get 2 full days in Tenerife and till around 4pm on last day.
Obviously we would need spending money so probably spend £700 including hotel.
Would you spend that much for 3 nights?
Temps are showing 18-19-20 but I know in the sun it will feel warmer
Help a girl out …is it worth it ?

Who spends £700 in 2.5 days in a all inclusive hotel?
Of course, if you have the money, spend it how you like.

She said ‘£700 including hotel’, not £700 spending money on top of the holiday cost.

Yes I think thats a great deal but wouldn't feel it necessary to leave the hotel and spend money elsewhere for a short break like this.
I have also been looking but would have to be solo as no one available over next few weeks, also have a trip to Japan booked in just over 5 weeks time with youngest son when he is on Easter break from Uni. So I am trying to talk myself out of booking a quick short break to get a fix of some sunshine.

@Fiddy1964 can you do a day trip somewhere in the UK instead to scratch that “I need to get away” itch? If you’re going to be in Japan in mid-April, I’d save your money for enjoying the sun and springtime over there.

@CornishTigerWembley.. we are in Belfast. Actually wanted Edinburgh. Hate Dublin (2 hour drive for us) so decided to make a wee trip out of Bon Jovi.

If I could afford it, yes

For us it would be more than £500... dog into kennels £100, transport to airport £70 each way, food £25 on each travel day. Its the incidental crap that adds to any holiday, making short breaks proportionally more expensive.

Sadly this is so true!
