OK, it probably took longer than I might have expected. I guess I actually thought MAGA and the GOP were more competent than they actually turned out to be.

I imagine this is cue for another round of BREAKING NEWS stories about how "any minute now" the horror will end. You know. The ones that have been popping up daily since (checks notes) November 2024.

Why would he ? Clearly a Texas grand jury found it perfectly acceptable to point a gun at someone without carrying out the procedures to ensure it was cleared.

And to be fair, it's an easy mistake to make. Which is why the first commandment of guns is do not point them at anyone. Ever. Unless you have already formed the intent to pull the trigger, and know that it could result in death.

(This is why it concerns me UK police get a free pass at times. But that's another matter).

Bondi has a huge binder which is full of negative stats etc on the areas of her Democratic questioners. When Ted Lieu accused her of lying under oath when she responded to his questions about whether there were minors at certain parties connected with Epstein and other accountability issues, she responded with stats on crime etc in his area. Implying that he should concentrate on addressing those issues instead of the EF.
