It seems odd timing for a serious attempt at a Reform government. They surely aren’t ready to field serious candidates in enough constituencies?
Anyway, Starmer and his team need to hold the line and ignore the pressure. It’ll blow over. Everything does eventually.

I missed his name, it was on Sky News in last 10 or 15mins, he did admit he has never been a Starmer fan and thinks Rayner is the only suitable replacement...

I agree with you, @cardibach - the people who own the media are so mired in their own corruption that they want to seize every opportunity to throw this government into chaos.

If you think people are "angry" now. How do you think they will feel 6 months in to a reform government ?

I just saw this. There’s always a tweet. If he does call for Starmer to resign surely he needs to resign himself?

Streeting has refused to support Starmer when being doorstepped by LBC.

Streeting is in the same "class" as Burnham, neither have any.

But at least plenty of the cabinet have come out in support.

If Starmer does go before the next GE, it needs to be on his own terms, not hounded out.
