What's your Greggs order

Just got to work and realised I've left my lunch at home.
Will have to pop to Greggs for a tuna crunch baguette.
What do you usually have?

Sausage roll, cup of tea and one of their delicious jammy shortbread biscuits (like a large jammy dodger but better)

Haven't lived or worked near a Greggs since one of my first jobs, in Scotland. Used to get either a chicken bake or a tuna Big Softee, and in winter the soup (it was always Heinz and, in my memory at least, always vegetable). And a Belgian bun for the afternoon.

I hadn't appreciated how regional Greggs was until I moved back to England and went into a branch and asked for a tuna Big Softee. I thought they were going to call the police

Belgian bun, cheese and onion slice, chicken tikka Baguette, breakfast sausage roll with brown sauce and a white chocolate cookie. Too much?

The Mexican chicken flatbread is insanely good and cheap at about £3.50

Vegan sausage roll, the tuna crunch on a roll (rather than a baguette) and the mint mocha but that's only around at Christmas unfortunately. It's my favourite hot drink.

Sausage roll, obviously.

For lunch I like their long baguette with cheese & salad.

Steak bake, yum yum and a large mocha 🤤 or the mozzarella bites with the little chicken bites and BBQ sauce

God no wonder we have an obesity epidemic and a demand for “skinny jabs” on the black market.

What is the crunch in tuna crunch please? We used to have a local deli who did tuna mayo with chopped up cucumber, gherkins and red onion in perfect quantities, but it closed down. Have never been able to replicate it and still feel the lack in my life. (It closed in 2009!)

Breakfast - bacon roll, tea, pink jammie (Scotland)
lunch - sausage roll, tea, pink jammie

really miss their macaroni cheese pies - they were epic (and maybe only in Scotland? )

Very rarely get to go in a Greggs, probably twice a year or thereabouts, but if I do:

Sausage cheese & bean bake
Tea
Belgian bun

I would have Tottenham cake if they sold it where I live but they don’t! I’m from London originally and my Nan made Tottenham cake almost every week, and it was always on my school menu, but I live in Manchester now where it’s sadly lacking ☹️

Cheese and onion bake is just the GOAT

Corned beef bake every time.
Chicken tikka or chicken and bacon baguette.
Ham, egg, salad roll.
Not all at the same time 😀

I absolutely love Gregg's Tottenham Cake. Can't get it in the north (obvs) and I miss it. Making my own pink iced cake just doesn't do it.

I don't get Gregg's very often these days but when I do it's two sausage rolls and a jam doughnut.

What's a Bavarian slice?
