Got the 10 footballer now.
@zzpled England player of that number.

EtonMessy · 01/02/2026 19:34

Finally got them all. Thank you all for the clues.

Yiayoula · 01/02/2026 19:34

Thanks, this thread has really helped !
Please, please can someone explain the footballer holding the strawberry ? - it’s the last one I need.
Assume it’s somewhere ending - bury, but DH and I have been racking our brains all afternoon !

Seainasive · 01/02/2026 19:37

Can someone please give a clue for the swimming pool with the flamingo in. Thanks.

it a 2 part name. You’ve probably got the first part right assuming you noticed the colour of the water. Then have a look on the list of station names ( or a ticket booking app) to get the second part

…ah, got it now.

Same for us!! We can’t figure out the hay with bees but have 40/40 on the screen. So confused

DH finally solved the insect bale next to the bridge, so we now have 41/40, which offends some sensibilities

Neither of us are footie fans, just assumed it was the Manchester strip.
I’ll get my coat …..

Thank you. Now I have it which gives me a score of 41 too.

Love your username. Danny Baker's autobiography was fab.

Seainasive · 01/02/2026 20:50

I’m going to have to read that now! My inspiration was Edward Lear’s Jumblies poem 😀

kaurigold · 01/02/2026 20:56

Thanks for clues so far. Still stuck on the football match and the ‘salt cellar’ next to the monster - something ‘ness’? Then despite all the clues the bees on the hay bale….

It’s not holding salt, it’s holding beer. It’s a mythical beast and the answer uses a warm fuzzy nickname for it.

they look more like wasps to me on the hay bale, and wasps are known for being aggressive.

BakeOffRewatch · 01/02/2026 21:05

I haven’t seen anyone mention the lady with the thumbs up?

and I got the three woman with one being excluded but I have no idea how that image portrays that

kaurigold · 01/02/2026 21:05

I think the score comes out as 41 because it counts the same station twice for the witches in the tree and the person apart from the group of three. (The answers on the page for part 1 show ten answers for 11 picture clues)

The witches in the tree is a completely different station to the 4 women (1 apart from the group of three).

the witches are to do with the bagpipes, @BobBobBobbing gave the most direct clue:

Witches are part of a clue with the piper underneath. Tbh, unless you know the place you are going to have to look at the wiki page with stations on as it is super obscure. Think about the nationality of the piper, that there's just one of him, his position in comparison to the witches and what they are sitting on

I have two (accepted and different) answers for those clues- must admit to assigning the one which fits both to the wrong one initially

I see what you’re saying but it seems odd that the witches in the tree themselves give a station name (albeit the same as the one with the excluded person)

I just looked, that list of ten in Part 1 is missing the clue for the plough-pulling animal making its way towards the swans in the water.

Name for what an older lady might well be and what she is holding up.

i got the mythical creature station thanks.

I’m so confused about the wasps and hay bale and what they’re doing… Is it an obscure station?
