He also referred to Biden as though he was still president.

problem is he is the president with all the good/bad that comes with it. Carney and Newsome have his number and they are right. we need to forget about the nice diplomacy with Trump. he doesnt use it, he is the playground bully telling you you are fat/thin/spotty, parents are poor/your shoes are cheap and no one smacks him one.
