dd is a bit poorly so we are indoors instead of going to the cinema - she got a doll and a giant lollipop and a rose - the lollipop was the only thing that interested her 😂😂

just to hold myself accountable today:
hang up laundry
hang up two shelves in kitchen
clear kitchen completely so it’s ready for bleaching and mopping tomorrow
get DD’s teddies in the living room for half term (they’re currently in the bedroom/playroom unused

I LOVE the sound of your curry. We never have it as DS1 has too many allergies. Last time he went away with school we had ALL the curries and Chinese we could possibly eat. It will possibly take me a while before I can look a chicken ball in the eye again but I am yearning for curry.

Im going to be putting away a food delivery and then a romantic trip to Screwfix.

Then I'm taking my beloved to the fields to let her dig and run!

I really want to do a bit more on a creative project - painting probably.

@WideOpenBeaches We have a lovely local kitchen actually where they make and freeze curries and lasagne etc. I think the cater for parties too. All freshly cooked like at home, they say. Enjoy yours!

I don’t eat much UPF but still at least a stone overweight. I have so many digestive problems that I’m pretty sure that’s what stops me from losing.

Just back from Zumba and after huffing and puffing 7000 steps, I’ve worked off about the equivalent of an egg according to my Fitbit.

I have top secret news - so clearly posting it on a public forum. Someone I know had a surprise baby yesterday. She's shocked, I'm shocked for her.

Dd has STRONG feelings about my attempts to teach her to play with her toys. Each and every Barbie got chucked out of the room, one by one, with a look back at me to let me know she’s serious! 😬😬😭

Baby is a bouncing healthy girl, baby and mum are doing really well. Safely home now, dad's doing a great job at sorting all they need, thank heavens for 24hr supermarkets!

Quick G’day all from Sydney. Arrived safely and it’s been all go since.

Weather not great though. Went up to the Blue Mountains on Friday and it rained pretty constantly and was cold. Back down to Sydney yesterday and hoping for some sunshine today.

I used to occasionally pick up an awesome red curry with lamb at a place that was close by, but it's gone now as the block is being redeveloped. 😭 Should look for a new place... 🧐

MOOAAW Santa gave the karaoke machine to baby. This one is "ok" for karaoke, but great as a Bluetooth speaker! Since dc are quite young I didn't want to spend a lot as things get broken easily here. There are tonnes on Amazon.

omg thanks @Mumtobabyhavoc the one I was looking at was £60 at Smyths Toys and they’re going for a third of the cost on Amazon! Agree, zero point in splashing out - judging by dd today it’ll be chucked out the door for offending her anyway!

How was everyone’s curry night last night? We ate so much… bhajis, poppadoms, butter chicken, Goan prawn and a yummy dhal along with rice.

I saw her get out these giant naans and said ‘Don’t open it… I’ll only eat a square inch… if that’.

Set off to walk home and took the wrong footpath which landed me in the wrong place in the village. Just wasn’t thinking. In daylight, I’d have twigged.

Ended up in bed past midnight with 2000 steps already on my Fitbit for today 😆
