Honestly, Scrotus' remarks about Rob Reiner IMH & IANAL opinion cross the line into libel. Obviously the family won't sue as it would only add to their pain, but my God, where will Scrotus' own 'derangement syndrome' end? (don't answer that, the possibilities are too frightening to consider).
Just heard on MSNow that Reiner's son Nick has been arrested, but has not been formally charged. This is so heartbreaking.
Keep in mind that 'arrested' in the US has a different criteria than in the UK. Here, the police must have 'probable cause' that the arrestee has committed the (alleged) crime. They don't arrest people just to take them in for questioning based on 'reasonable grounds' that a crime has been committed.
