What are the criminal charges that the US has brought against Maduro?
Given the way courts have been throwing out cases brought by the Trump government, how likely are they to stand up to scrutiny as Maduro was in another country?
What happens if/when they fail and Maduro goes back to Venezuela?
Surely, at the moment he his still President, all be it kidnapped and unable to carry out his office? What is to stop his party from remaining in charge?
