Re the pic of the 'ship'. I had an uncle who was a very talented artist. He used to entertain me by drawing things I 'dictated' to him. Mostly things from my imagination. I can remember having him draw me sitting on a horse in my suburban front yard and my telling him to add wings to the horse and give me freckles and long hair.

I can see Scrotus doing the same thing to the rendering he received of this imaginary ship; "Give it bigger guns!" "And missiles blasting off!" "Put jets in the air!!" "And lasers, I want LASERS!". I'm just surprised there's not a drawing of him on top of the bridge brandishing a sword in full military regalia.

On a more festive note a very very Merry Christmas and Happy HoHoHo to all of you. 🎄❤️🤶🏻🎅🏼☃️🌨️ May all our Christmas dreams (especially 'that one') come true in the New Year.

And a special hug and 'thank you' to all. Although I took a break for a while the occasional 'peek' during that time helped keep me grounded and occasionally gave me a focus beyond the troubles in my own little world.

When did the USA last launch a battleship? I thought they'd been superseded by carriers by about 1946. (And the last one launched, the USS Missouri, became a museum at Pearl Harbour in1998 after being decommissioned not just once but twice during the years after she first saw service during WWII. It seems ironic for her to be there when it was the bombing of Pearl Harbour that caused carriers to come to the fore and battleships to be abandoned....)

Still, if the navy can do what Trump boasts and get twenty-four of them onto the water by 2028 that's pretty damn' good.

You need to be careful redacting documents with fixed proportion fonts. It's trivial to substitute the blanks for a letter count (although weirdly that's something "AI" sucks at).

That's assuming you really redacted them (see upthread).

It's alleging this happened in 1984 and I'm not sure Trump had met Epstein by then, or that Epstein was as wealthy as he was to enter those circles.
