It not difficult to rattle him, if only a few journalists did it “Mr Reasonable Man of The People” mask would soon slip, I’m so tired of him & his cronies nonsense this week wish he would just fuck off along with most of the media/fascist fuckwits supporters/paymasters.
I could fucking scream that we are subjected day in day out vile disgusting creature he should be totally irrelevant.

Farage's latest defence of his school days racism is Bernard Manning did it too Confused

And he won't give out the names of those friends that said he never did the thing he did.

Sweet baby Jesus will be crying this Christmas. Because he's a boy born in Bethlehem. In a stable.

Very Trumpian, Farage attacking a female journalist Emma Barnett, describing her as one of the BBC’s “lower-grade presenters”

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2025/dec/04/nigel-farage-denies-saying-anything-racist-with-malice-as-he-attacks-bbc

She's low grade because she's female. Farage knows who a female is. Women who ask difficult questions are suspect when it comes to misogynistic thugs.

So today Tice said that those that have said that Farage directed comments about gas chambers/sang Hitler Youth songs to Jewish teenagers are liars.

Later, Farage stated that it was normal to use antisemitic slurs because TV stations showed racist, homophobic and antisemitic content.

Therefore the BBC should apologise for their historic content and Emma Barnett is low grade (for asking Tice a question)

SO Farage did say use the slurs but it was just bantz?

I'm not much younger than Farage and dont recall any teenagers I mixed with chanting Hitler songs. Maybe I mixed in the wrong circles.

Efacsen · 04/12/2025 19:32

Me neither. No Hitler songs. No Holocaust promotion. Nothing remotely like that

It would be SO much easier to admit it, apologise sincerely and show everyone he's not like that today then everyone would stop questioning him about it all and move on to something else

Guess the really tricky bit is who he is today not what he was like 45 years ago

Here’s one for the frothers to get their teeth into. Although the BBC have changed the rather inflammatory ‘people are clogging up A&E with hiccups, sore throats and other niggles’ headline from earlier. You do have to read a bit beyond the paragraph about people clogging up A&E before you get to the sentence that points out that these figures include attendance at Minor injuries units (and I’m guessing urgent treatment centres since ours logs you as ED if you attend). Minor injuries units which <looks at website> are suitable for treating earaches, sore throats and other minor illnesses as well and minor injuries and minor burns.

I’d imagine these stats don’t differentiate between an otherwise healthy adult turning up to a department with a bit of a sniffle and a first time mum of a fractious and unwell baby under 6mo who also has a ‘cold’ either.

All of which ignores the point that nobody is waiting for 12 hrs on a trolley because someone else has turned up with an ingrowing toenail.

Hospitals facing unprecedented flu season, say NHS bosses

Record number of patients in hospital in England with flu for this time of year, figures show.

Me either I was a teenager in the early seventies when the NF/BNP were spouting nonsense never knew anyone who supported them or went marching & rioting.

RafaistheKingofClay · 04/12/2025 19:40

Does Hitler songs include the one about him having only one ball?

I’m assuming we’re meaning pro-Hitler songs.

And it’s too cold to stand outside asylum seekers’ accommodation.

Returned to a hotel on Sunday - where there have been some well attended and vicious protests. The police separated us better this time but we well out numbered the right wing protesters- probably at least partly due to the cold but some I think if they couldn’t be vile/violent directly to our faces, as fewer turned up but then quite a few left early.
We had speeches, songs and dancing - the main thing I heard from their megaphone for 3 hours was ‘paedo’ - very inspiring! Such a shame for whoever invested in at George and Israel new flags!
We have noticed increased crosses, and tiny Tom is having some sort of carol service - think we are trying to take this back and many churches aren’t impressed by this ‘Christian’ performance at least.

I was about to say that I remember singing that one in the playground.

We earned £5 a week too much to be entitled to milk vouchers when my dc were babies. I had a choice of breastfeeding or have them starve- milk would have cost a quarter of our grocery budget.

Yes i had dc I couldn't really afford . Anyone who says I shouldn't have had those dc because drain on society can fuck right off. My dc are extraordinary individuals that I am proud to have raised.

I breast fed all of mine, and used Terry nappies that needed to be washed. I'm a big believer in fed is best.

She’s also Jewish but I expect he’d deny knowing that.

When I got my flu vaccination very early in the season, I was told that it would be a bad season for flu because they expected the virus to mutate into something more dangerous and that the vaccine would protect against the worst case scenario.

It's an awful outbreak.

RafaistheKingofClay · 04/12/2025 23:08

I had mine Monday. Have been very lax this year even though I’ve been hearing since late summer that this year’s was expected to be bad.

Certainly we started cancelling electives this week to create space. Not sure what the ED wait time is now but there were fewer ambulances outside when I left today.

pointythings · 05/12/2025 08:11

I got mine as soon as it became available through my employer, which was early. DC also eligible for free flu jabs and got them early October.

We all know about Great British Publics relationship with experts.

Did anyone catch QI ? Apparently flu jabs reduce the chances of a heart attack by 25%, A typically useless fact, but "quite interesting" and worthy of further checking ...

Liz Truss is going to take on the 'deep state' with a new tv show.

Its interesting that so much unbroadcastable drivel finds its way on to YouTube.
Its the repository for tinfoil hat wearers.

The execrable bit from GB news about banishing "foreign' MPs from Parliament was on YouTube I think rather than the main channel.

Also a means to avoid Ofcom scrutiny.

Shame they didn’t unveil it before the Budget.

Farage claims Harborne crypto giant 'wants nothing in return' for his £9million donation. Pull the other one, it's got bells on it.
