Morning. Are we all still here?

Gullis is such a yob - they are welcome to him

He knew his trip on the gravy train had come to an end, he’s hoping for another one with a different ticket now. He’s an awful human being.

placemats · 01/12/2025 11:05

What's sad about Gullis is that he thinks he's relevant within the political sphere 😂

Morning. Are we all still here?

I didn't even know there was supposed to be a rapture today.

I am on my way to London to meet up with DS, having been waylaid by much dreadful traffic on the way from Harwich.

RafaistheKingofClay · 01/12/2025 11:07

I’m going to be in work in 20mins so it needs to hurry up.

Piggywaspushed · 01/12/2025 11:07

DuncinToffee · 01/12/2025 10:16

Gullis has moved to Reform as has Lia Nici

I genuinely thought he was already there . Then I realised that was 5p Lee.

Piggywaspushed · 01/12/2025 11:08

I haven't experienced the Rapture but Whamageddon came to me one minute after setting foot in Sainsbury's.

RafaistheKingofClay · 01/12/2025 11:08

Does surprise me Gullis wasn’t already there.

Me too
its blowing a hoolie here so may not notice the rapture, plus I have a horrible cold & feeling decidedly out of sorts.

If it's not happened by lunchtime I'm going to assume it's not happening at all

Is this the most convoluted weasel headline ever?

Chris Mason: Why, in my judgement, Reeves was misleading on one specific point

Missed this. That is way too early to be out. Must avoid Sainsbury’s.

That is hilarious.

I'm expecting a Sainsbury delivery within the next hour. There's no substitutions. Waiting anxiously.

PandoraSocks · 01/12/2025 11:24

I opened the first window of my Advent calendar. Picture is of four horsemen. Anxious now. Bloody Labour.

Gah!
I won’t be able to spot the rapture due to weather. It’s so bad there’s a possibility of concert band rehearsal being cancelled later.
I am off hob bobbing with the stars in the form of Wolf Alice later - taking dogs. I’ll be fuming if a rapture stops me.

Piggywaspushed · 01/12/2025 11:35

I am sure if you asked the Rapture would be delayed until you have hung out with Wolf Alice.

Piggywaspushed · 01/12/2025 11:37

I should have gone to Tesco in hindsight. Those Woke Libtards have Cancelled Christmas so no chance of Whamageddon there.

DuncinToffee · 01/12/2025 11:51

Is Mason framing his personal opinion as the BBC's point of view?

It's rare, but pleasing, for the opposition to be led so docilely by the government. I imagine they think they are setting the agenda too ?

It's a click and rage bait headline in one article. Just a look at the comments btl supports my personal opinion.

You would hope this sort of thing could be arranged in a Rapture scenario. I’ve never called Ms Reeves ‘Rachel from Accounts’ and that should count for something, surely?

And Chris is particularly 'concerned' about welfare spending going by his questions to the Prime Minister Kier Starmer.

"Do you want to see welfare spending falling by the time of the next election?"

He asked this question twice.
