Interesting. Apparently the only reason Lancashire County Council will remove flags is if they “present a danger to traffic”. On the basis of this incident then there’s a good case to be made that every flag is a potential danger to traffic.

I have to admit I wondered if he was shit stirring because of his reply about them being musical notes.

We’ve had the reform letter too. DH has posted it back using their envelope. I think there was something rude written inside.

Llandudno is one of the least Welsh places around north Wales. Lot of English have moved there for their retirement (no offence meant to English, just trying to explain the demographic). The average age in general is much older than most places so more chance of him attracting interest. He'd be very stupid to bother going any further west from that point.

That's exactly what I've done. With a rude note written in Cymraeg.
