How many countries have you been to Europe

As long as I can remember, I have had a life long goal to visit every country in Europe.

It is a slow process. I am 41 and so far I have visited 27 out of 44.

Slowly ticking then off. Like a lot of us I dont get a lot of annual leave a year.

How many have you been to?

Scotland, England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Italy, San Marino, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain.

Got about another seven on the agenda soon.

Only 4, France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia, not counting England, Scotland and Wales.

Greece, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Scotland, England, The Czech Republic, Ireland.

Monaco.

I've been to about 20 countries in Europe. There are others that I would like to visit, but not necessarily as a priority as I enjoy exploring beyond Europe too.

UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Vatican City, San Marino, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Transdiniester (if you count it), Greece, Turkey, Israel, Cyprus, Czechia, Serbia, Bosnia,Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania.
I’d love to visit them all too. I’m lacking somewhat with Scandinavia & the Baltics

All 4 countries of the UK, plus Ireland, Belgium, Greece, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Not a huge number bearing in mind I'm almost 52. Not been to any other countries outside Europe.

I would love to visit Iceland.

I’ve been to 18. France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Croatia, Austria, Switzerland, Czechia, Slovakia, Malta and Cyprus. I actually can’t remember if I’ve been to Luxembourg- if I have it was a flying visit for work.

Scotland, Wales, England, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Greece. We did have plans to go to Moldova, but that's been put on hold for the time being, for obvious reasons.

I’ve been to 17. If there’s more you want to visit you might want to go inter-railing. It’s a great way to get around.

I googled the list so going in alphabetical order and apparently 15 of them I have visited is:

14 out of 44. But I've been to quite a few more non-European countries than most people so I can't complain.

If we are counting the Britain as separate countries then I've been to Scotland and Wales as well as England do that's 16, not 14.

Israel is not in Europe!

I’ve only been to 13 (plus Wales and Scotland). Spain I’ve been to about 30 times. I go to the US a lot too. I’ve been as far away as Australia.

@mondaytosunday also been to Australia but not once to the states and no intention while the orange dictator is in power.

Nine (or 11 if you count Jersey and Guernsey as separate countries).

25 including England, Scotland, Wales. Oh Turkey too if that counts as Europe. There are 4 more I plan to visit in the next few years.

Just looked up the wiki list and it says 46 countries in Europe. Realised i've also been to the Vatican City so actually 27 with Turkey too.

So snap OP! The one's I still want to visit are Estonia, Slovenia, Poland and Romania.

I've been to Scotland and Wales, and I live/was born in England.

All 4 uk countries plus Ireland. France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland (loads of times as my husband is from there), Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Bosnia, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain. I know they belong to specific countries but I’ve also been to Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily oh and the Canary Islands.

20 thereabouts but trying to add more to the 'rest of the world ' list!
