The ones that resemble the description of the attacker. Presumably there was a bit more to the description than a black man to help identify the attacker as we are multi ethnic society so the fact he was arrested and not others indicates more information.

Anyway who cares. I don't want the police hesitating in a mass attack thanks. What if the description was another inate characteristic that people are sometimes prejudiced against..ginger hair? I would assume anyone would be arrested with ginger hair if an attack was happening. In the hope that the perpetrator was among that group.
