Breakfast - Granola. Alpro yogurt and raspberries

Lunch - Houmous, carrot, beetroot, cucumber and lettuce sandwich

Dinner - Leftover bean and tofu chilli on jacket potato

Snacks - Brazil nuts, almonds, an orange

Drinks - Water, soy milk hot chocolate, green tea

Egg, beans and soda bread for breakfast.
Soda bread and cheese for lunch.
Dinner was onion rings, and I've just had some Coffee Like sweets my neighbour gave me. (They're very nice.)

Light on veg, don't particularly care. I'm tired today. I shall eat vegetables tomorrow.

S strawberry and banana yoghurt

D chicken drumstick, mixed salad, potato wedges and home made guacamole

Lots of tea
glass of low sugar squash

Breakfast today- porridge, peanut butter, raisins
Lunch- big ham salad sandwich
Dinner- chicken soup with potatoes, carrots and peas. Jam tarts.

diced beef with courgettes, leeks, garlic, chilli, yellow pepper, cheese and dried herbs thyme, oregano, paprika, basil and rosemary.

Lunch - Crackers, houmous, vegan cheese, apple, grapes, walnuts and almonds

Dinner - Lentil and vegetable stew

Disaster struck! Defrosted some mash to go with dinner of meatballs, red cabbage and carrots and turns out it was the leftover mash from a fish pie recipe - made with the milk the fish had been poached in. Meatballs and fishy mash is not for the faint of heart. BLURGH

Lunch - Falafel, houmous, lettuce, red pepper, cucumber and onion

Dinner - Leftover lentil and vegetable stew

Snacks - Walnuts, dark chocolate Brazil nuts, Itsu seaweed thins

Drinks - Water, Soy milk latte, tea with oat milk, lemon and ginger tea

Dinner- chicken soup, extra peas, extra potato, possibly sprouts.

I'm unwell (tonsillitis). So far today I've managed a coffee, some water, a tablespoon of Greek yog with a spoonful of choc orange curd, and a small red pepper and feta pastry roll. I've literally no appetite, and my throat is killing me. But I've lost a few pounds in the last four days, hurrah!
Husand has been sent on a mercy mission to get some Ben and Jerrys.

Today I thought I would do my porridge in the microwave and it boiled bloody over. So breakfast was half a bowl of porridge, raisins and a banana.
Lunch will be sausage rolls and veg
Dinner- marrow soup, bread rolls, vanilla yoghurt.
