I’m out for lunch with a really good friend (we met at work) who has just retired today. Usually I don’t eat breakfast as such at this time (usually at 5am!) and then snack mid morning and I won’t be able to go until lunch with nothing and if I didn’t eat I’d be starving by 10am!
