What did you eat today?

A few months ago there was a really fun series of threads where people listed what they’d eaten that day (and had a general chat).

I really enjoyed it but can’t find it anymore so I thought I’d start one.

It was really interesting and varied (it’s not a weight loss or judgy thread- unless the judgement is ‘that sounds delicious, what’s the recipe/where did you buy it?’). Everyone is welcome!

Today I’ve had:
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, sautéed veg (tomatoes, red onion, spinach, mushrooms). And tea with milk.

Snack- Americano with milk

Lunch- Chicken salad (chicken breast, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, avocado, sesame dressing).
Followed by low fat Greek yoghurt with peanut butter, strawberries, nectarine and blueberries.

Dinner- Will be roasted salmon, homemade potato wedges, roasted courgette/tomato/onion/fennel.
Followed by a watermelon and lime ice lolly (I make my own so it’s just fruit).

I’ve just started weight watchers so it’s not the most exciting day (I’ve also tried to cut out UPFs as much as possible and use my points on high fat whole foods like avocado and nuts). I’m looking forward to living vicariously through other people’s treats!

Thanks @MrsSethGeckoi shan’t bother with it then! I’ve seen some flana what ever it is porridge with some extras in and I might try that.

Eat Natural almond and apricot bar
Cottage cheese with blueberries, chia seeds & honey
Salmon, avocado & rocket salad
Foccacia, houmous, olives, few crisps

Today-
Wholemeal, feta, tomatoes and a hard boiled egg
Lunch is peanut butter and banana smoothie because yesterday's was delicious
Dinner is chicken and cabbage (which is much nicer than it sounds) and I'm toying with making an apple cake, so that probably.

Snack - proper corn pop corn
dinner - chicken burger (no bun), peas and sweetcorn, 4 alphabites. Homemade triple chocolate cookie (m&s packet mix made by the 9 year old, excellent).

bad pain days don’t make me very hungry, I need to up my fibre and protein though. Might try and make some porridge tomorrow with chia seeds and some protein powder and some frozen berrries.

Breakfast- feta cheese, roast cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg, wholemeal toast and crispy prawn chilli oil. It was marvellous.

Lunch- banana and peanut butter smoothie, bit of veg soup.

Dinner- end of the chicken, baked potato, extra cabbage and yoghurt with plums.

Too much tea and coffee all day.

Today, same breakfast, eggs, feta, tomatoes, bread and crispy shrimp chilli oil (which is completely fabulous)

Lunch- peanut butter, banana, beetroot and cocoa smoothie

Noodle soup, random veg.

B - Greek yogurt, frozen berries, spoon of almond nut butter, honey
L- spinach, tomato, avocado salad with smoked salmon fillet.
D - w/wheat spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, chilli and capers

small slice of lemon drizzle cake.
