Best crisps ever

What are they, in your opinion?

I want crisps.
I love them all though.
I can't go buy 20 different varieties.
(Or can I? 🤔)
There'll definitely be some Kettle Chips Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar in my basket.

What else should I get?

Sadly only available in Switzerland - Zweifel Paprika. I've tried every make of paprika crisps I can find and no others compare! Walkers Sensations Thai Chilli and Salt & Pepper flavours are very good too.

Fiddlers Lancashire Sauce flavoured crisps.. The best! Their salt and vinegar a close second.

One of the Asian supermarkets I go to used to stock Zweifel crisps. Then they stopped 😪No more black pepper, no more chilli and lemon, no more paprika. I was bereft. They were the best black pepper crisps ever. I'd forgotten all about them and now you've reminded me what I'm missing.

M&S used to do a limited edition, at Christmas, of Stilton & Cranberry Sauce flavour crisps. Haven't seen them for a few years but they were delicious 👌

I adore Smiths Salt & Vinegar Chipsticks. I can only ever find them (in packs of 6) in Poundland these days. I have been known to chow down all 6 packets in one sitting🤭

I used to love Golden Wonder s&v. Where have they gone? Can't find them round these parts for love nor money.

As you've no doubt gathered, salt and vinegar flavour really hits the spot......
However! There are times when only a nice big bag of cheesy Wotsits will do!

Oh, being honest I love them all!
But.. As a special treat I sometimes buy Torres Tapas fried egg crisps, they are almost £5 a bag (gulp!) and I usually find them in waitrose or our local farm shops, but they are so addictive!
If you love those yummy crispy bits on a fried egg, then these are it!
They get a 10/10 from me..

Does anyone remember those little fish and chip shaped crisps? Wish they were brought back. Only ever see the salt and vinegar version now and even they aren't as good as they once were, more softened texture.

For fellow Co-Op Salt & Vinegar fans, may I recommend the recent Doritos Minecraft collab’s vinegar flavour? So sad they’re limited edition.

Without a doubt Aldi crinkle cut with sea salt. Better than Kettle by a mile.

Seasalt and black pepper with a pot of aioli to dip them in, Lidl own brand (deluxe) are fine
