What’s your first world problem today?

I need to read some other people’s first world problems so I feel better about myself 🤣

Mine is that this is the first year in 12 years we haven’t been able to afford to go on our yearly few nights away. We usually do 4 nights in Cornwall, we’ve gone at least once a year since I was a child and now I’ve carried it on for my own kids; but the rise in prices in bills, childcare and food has left us pretty breadline now and we just cannot afford to go away. I know how it sounds too, it’s soooo trivial and ‘woe is me’ but I can’t help but feel sad.. no holiday for us! 🤣

so please tell me your trivial issues today!

Part of an order I needed for tomorrow was not delivered and the delivery not said it will be delivered on tomorrow's date. We have a table booked for lunch so may end up missing it again and there's no way to reroute it..

The gift DD ordered for DH for father’s day hasn’t been delivered, and isn’t even out for delivery, even though yesterday’s date is clear as day on the order. It was Friday 13th of course…

It’s only 6pm and I have no calories left for today.

I had a disappointing salmon fishcake for lunch in a restaurant.

I'm having trouble picturing this.
Is DS 12 months or 12 years ?
Does it involve tunnels? a log to balance on across a 'gator pond?

I don't think he's cut that bit of grass at all so its the growth ever since winter ended - up to DS's thighs at least!

He's 7 and sadly no 'gator pond, just some planks and pallets and a bit of log and a rope ladder hanging from a tree branch.

My bathroom is so big that l cba to clean it but l know need to.

I can’t be bothered to pick ALL the blackcurrants growing in my garden. I’ve only picked half.

My mind is blown trying to pick out bathroom units and tiles and organise carpentry and the logistics of everything for my new house. I want to get it all done in the same week so I’m putting myself under pressure for absolutely no reason other than I want to be in my house.

I forgot to put the wine in the fridge early enough so it's not quite the right temperature.

My hot tub took tooling to fill. Otherwise, perfect day!

I forgot to get wine when I was out today I am wineless send thoughts and prayers !

I fancied placing an M&S food and wine delivery as I have a voucher .... but they aren't accepting orders on food yet

YouTube seem to have dumped the remastered Pallisers series I was watching. I’ll now have to go back to the fuzzy one remaining.

Bought an expensive black band fedora style sun hat, only find v similar forgotten one in my garden basement.

I picked up smoked bacon instead of non smoked. Annoyed me

My internet has been down for 24 hours and I keep getting told different things from BT!

My dog threw up right in front of the closed living room door so I couldn’t go to get anything to clean it up without the door smearing it all over the floor.

Sainsbury had no Rose’s lime juice and I have had to resort to own-brand, which is completely inferior and totally unacceptable. I could have waited but I want a lager and lime. Or a gin fizz. Or a Gimlet.

I bought a new pair of shorts and they’re too small (week 3 of mountain). Huff.
