Court dismisses challenge to imposition of VAT on private school fees. ECHR A1P1 (Right to Education) not breached, as States have broad discretion provided they don't "impair the very essence" of right to education. The right is to access existing education systems, not to go to particular schools.

It'll have to be rejected on appeal, but then I look forward to all the apologies that aren't forthcoming.
