Daily fruit and veg thread

Does anyone remember a thread from Spring /Summer 2018 where we all counted how many types of fruit and veg we ate each day? Portion size irrelevant, we were just trying to be intentional about eating more variety. I can't find it but thought maybe some posters would like to do it again. I definitely need to eat more and it was a really encouraging and positive thread. I still make the bean and mint salad that someone kindly shared at the time.

I'll start with yesterday:
Onion
Garlic
Kale
Beetroot
Carrot
Blueberries
Sweet potatoes
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
(I think we included nuts, seeds and legumes too)

Bit of a different day as went out for Sunday lunch. Broke fast at 1pm with a small green salad with walnuts and evoo as we weren’t eating u til 3. Had roast pork with
cabbage
swede
parsnip
cauliflower

Will have some raspberries and yoghurt soon.

You did better than me. I was atrocious yesterday, maybe 5.

Have started the week well today so all meals prepped and ready and will do me for a day or two.

26 happy with that.

Bean salad and Broccoli, tomato feta salad done for next few days now. Also overnight oats (which is where I get my chia, Flax and berries each morning.) Some of you are amazing at getting a large variety in. I remember someone posted a mushroom salad last time, trying to remember.
