Yesterday I didn't have as much. I did go out for street food for dinner and there wasn't much there but also I didn't eat much the rest of the day anyway. So slim pickings yesterday.

To be honest, its always heavier on the fruit and veg the first half of the week then it dwindles as it gets closer to the shop at the weekend.

(I think oats count if its 30 plants rather than 5/10 a day)

Veggie burger - peas, lemon, chickpeas, courgette, green lentils, cauliflower, parsley, sunflower seeds, chilli,.
Beetroot kimchi.
Onion
Pinto beans.
Tomatoes.
Paprika
Fresh coriander leaves.
Cucumber.
That might be me today as I head out to work later so always eat anl very early dinner/late lunch. I might have an apple and ginger shot before I go.
Someone asked upthread what the point is of this thread. For me personally its just a supportive thread to encourage me to get more plants in to my diet. It helps me focus on it. Its always easy to slip. I nipped in to the shops yesterday for something unrelated and grabbed a cucumber to add to my lunch today.l because of this thread. Little things like that really help me. Its not a competition or a pressure, I just know that I feel better in life with more fruit and veg and these threads help to shimmy me along the right direction and inspire me.
