This is false news , the vast majority of Kashmiris are Muslims - they rely on tourism why would they do this? Upcoming elections in India have so much to do with this- and their far right government. Pakistan couldn’t even organise a piss up in a brewery.
indian govt needs to get their own house in order - their default is to alway point the finger at Pakistan.
they need to ask how on earth this happened in one of the most militarised areas of the world.

But Pakistan has exported terror for decades, and not just to India.
