I see some are saying that the left just don't get Trump's humour around being the Pope 👀 - I think when the idea was rolled out in front of him he actually loved it. But maybe I just miss lots of his 'humour'!
I was concerned by comments implying Pope Francis was not an actual man of God but a leftie - I think MAGAts need some re-education on what Jesus' values were tbh.

I watched a couple of minutes of him speaking last night. Fuck he's boring. Everything was bullshit about how amazing he was, how awful everyone else was, and how well he had done so far in fucking up the country.

It sounded as though they were using canned laughter, and signs to tell the crowd to boo or cheer (some seemed late as the moment had passed).

He is such a disrespectful arsehole, I'm still confused as to how he got to that position.

I read somewhere yesterday that the recently passed anti-semitism bill either has a carve out that saying jews killed Jesus isn't anti-semitism or that someone wants one inserted (MTG, I think).

I'm glad I live in a country that is part of the EU, whose collective economy as big as the USA's. Hooray for the ability to make trade deals and agreements with the rest of the non-Trump world. Scary times for any country trying to go it alone.

In the clips I've seen of the ABC interview, he seems completely deluded, demented, narcissistic and addled. I cannot believe the people around him are supporting this. From the bits I've seen, Terry Moran did a decent job. Amusingly, he got him to admit on air that he could easily get Abrego Garcia released. Wonder how that will play out in court.
