At this point with those of us with a grain of common sense and who know the truth, in a way it's all 'much of a muchness'. We're used to him spouting insanity and lies, but that doesn't mean we're inured to it.

We still feel angry and disgusted. We just realize that when it comes to any MAGAts within our 'sphere' there is nothing we can say to change their minds, so most of us don't bother. And that beyond publicly protesting, constantly letting our elected officials know how we feel, and donating to causes there isn't much more we can do. Until the mid-terms.

I've been a fan of The Onion since 2001 when they ran some satire over 9/11. Yes it probably was tasteless, but it warmed my cockles (as we say). it's a one-stop-shop for anyone who stupidly says "Americans don't get humour".
