With thanks to @DebbieTheCat for the inspiration, how about a list of the words you really can't be doing with?

Top of my list would be "problematic" - the whole beige, head-tilted, be kind-ness of it just annoys me!

@Portabella M and S is normally referred to as Markies in NE Scotland

We also have Lidls and Tescos 😃

Came on to say agree with all, especially ‘picky’ , except Markies. Even the staff here call it Markies.

Agree with many of these. My own list includes:

buttery when people mean soft. (The texture they’re usually describing is quite velvety; butter is greasy. I don’t want greasy tights, thank you.)

I don't mind moist and I like cunt.
