Wow, people are asking a lot of questions about my friend. Sorry, I really don't have all the answers. I don't quiz them about their gender or private medical stuff, any more than I do with any of my other friends. They're non-binary and trans-masculine, and I respect that.

Quite a lot of the time girls and women who try NB or trans identities are trying to identify out of oppression and childhood abuse. Treating someone like a woman often means sexual harassment.

I know a trans masculine non binary person as well. They considered their identity/soul/personality to be neither male or female but their gender presentation is more masculine. The person I know has a lot to say about how gender identity is totally separate from gender presentation (share a good few venn diagrams to this effect on social media).

It's quite dull, definitely takes a lot of naval gazing to reach the point where you think anyone would be interested.
