Just heard on the news abroad he fell from the third floor off a hotel in Buenos Aires, if true it's very sad as he was so young and seemed like a lovely guy

Well, the cause of death wouldn’t be kept a secret.

We shouldn’t know any of it yet, it’s happened within the last hour. If the police bothered to contact his parents first, they won’t have had time to call round the wider family. This has all been reported before they’d have had a chance to tell people… so it shouldn’t be out now, any of it. But the cause of death would be revealed anyway.

How utterly tragic. His poor son.

It's 7pm there so within less than 2 hours it's all over the Internet including pictures of his arm and torso, his poor family

No, we shouldn't know beyond at most a report that he's died. We shouldn't know The circumstances, the nature of his injuries, the state of his hotel room... Any of it.

This is what I was thinking as it comes across as literally just happening.

My daughter is at uni and just messaged me to say the whole club went silent with the news and is now playing 1D. Dreading my other daughter waking up, she adored them back in the day and it will hit her hard. Such sad news - a young life lost.

His poor family and friends, so many of them are going to be finding out this way - the press should be ashamed.

These articles and those photos are out there now. He has a child who will probably Google his dad when he's a teenager, or have kids at school show him the photos if they're cruel.

It IS true. Rumours are flying around that did actually jump - and didn't just fall. So it looks like suicide.

This just goes to show what vultures the media are. He won’t have been dead for more than 2hrs, his family won’t have processed it yet, but it’s being beamed all around the world and people are speculating about it. I’m glad none of my family are famous.

It happened within a couple hours. His parents etc may be asleep with no clue their son is dead and rest of world knows. They've seen pictures of his body. His son doesn't know and is going to wake up expecting to go to school only to be told his dad is dead.

So tragic, May he rest in peace. Agreed about the abhorrent media response, that photo was total unnecessary!

None of that matters so long as the reporters get their scoop and their name attached to one of the biggest bits of news in recent months. Scum.
