Just heard on the news abroad he fell from the third floor off a hotel in Buenos Aires, if true it's very sad as he was so young and seemed like a lovely guy

For the record, as posters have posted misinformation on here.

Liam was not given a restraining order and maya was not seeking to get a restraining order against him.

She was seeking to get her lawyer to write a cease and desist letter to him.

It's important to be accurate.

The clips I’ve seen of him online I didn’t get the impression of a “lovely guy”, I’m sorry.

Anyone young dying is terrible and I’m very sorry for his family and his son but let’s be honest - we know nothing about what he was really like and now with his ex coming out about him abusing her - everyone who dies doesn’t have to be deified into some kind of saint.

We don’t know what he was like or what was going on with him. One of the casualties of fame I guess.

Yes, but a lot of that was fluffery. Cheryl Tweedy was a naturally pretty girl originally but much of her later look was about tweakments. She was also not a good singer and couldn't really cut the mustard.

She was however great on stage in 2:22 A Ghost Story I'll give her that.

She has nothing to do with Liam Payne's death whatsoever and we should remember that she is the one having to tell her 7 year old boy what has happened to his Dad and that he will never see him again. I feel massively sorry for her.

Its weird to grift and make money from accounts of abuse that may or may not be true. I know she said the police wouldn't listen which is sadly indicative of a much larger systematic issue; but her dad is a very rich, very powerful lawyer, I find it wild she couldn't find a way to pursue it through the legal system and yet instead decided to air it all in public. What a legacy that would trailblaze for other women too, but no, of course likes on social media and a book which even states isn't all true is more important.
