Oasis tickets

So I didn't make the ballot so missed out on the pre sale and I'm angered that viagogo have purchased a load of pre sale tickets and are selling them for 600 quid each! It's a dream to see oasis in Manchester (my home town) and its looking very unlikely unless some miracle happens in the queue for general sale tomorrow... just ranting but please keep your fingers crossed for me

I have 114715 people in front of me. This is likely to take hours right??

I saw Liam Gallagher play Coop live earlier this year, he was brilliant. Noel has also been touring for years again playing all the Oasis songs. I'm sure they'll be great.

I'm not bothering to try now, going to wait until days before the gigs and try to get tickets via Twickets. I've done this for all major gigs recently and usually get them at a discounted price.

Once you're in it says how many are in front. I'm in the Dublin queue.

Urgh. Had what I thought was a good idea to try via the app and it's bow kicked me and DH out of both devices as it thinks we're bots.

No, we're not. Just loyal fans who were desperately trying to get tickets.

It means there are 18,999 people in front of you. But I think Ticketmaster tells you how many there are ahead of you rather than "You're 19,000th in the queue".

I just tried that and it completely crashed !

This is worse than Glastonbury and Glastonburyis a thousand times better

Why are these companies like Ticketmaster and Viagogo allowed to buy 1000s of tickets and charge 10 times the original price?!

It's all very odd and suspicious IMO. I do wonder if they are all in it together...........

What ever happened to physically queuing for tickets?
We used to do it all the time in the 90's and even the early 00's. You could guarantee you were only selling 2 per person then.

You may have an extension on your browser that makes you look like a bot. Not sure what this is or where to find it but I read that last night on the ticket master site. You have to disable them. Again not sure where to find them or if I have them 😬

I haven't clicked refresh and the number is reducing.

@purplehue Im just using my phone . I’m not technical at all and have no add ons neither would I know to disable anything .
God this is so frustrating.

I'm just getting the circle of doom on the Ticketmaster app then 'sorry we can't find the event you are looking for'. What a fiasco!

On the laptop we're 140,000 in the queue so he's getting his breakfast while we wait to be told it's all sold out 😆

I think we just bought our Knebworth tickets from a little music shop in our hometown, no issues and no queuing overnight our anything. Went to see them in Nottingham early 2000s don't remember any issues getting those either. Ah the good old days!

I have managed to get as far as clicking “join the queue” and it telling me I am in the queue and calculating how many people are ahead of me…then something goes wrong 😩

Ridiculous I logged on at 830. App not working and 50 minutes later I'm still in a queue just to get on tick master

I've been a fan since the 90s but when I heard about the concert, I decided straight away that I'm not even going to bother mainly because of this crap. I don't want to be part of this ticket sales mass hysteria and exploitation racket.

You can't tell how many people are in front of you in the queue on this one but if you have another device trying to get tickets, you're put in a different queue to actually get tickets and that one tells you how many people are in front of you in that queue.

When mine said I was a bot I turned off WiFi and used data. That worked.
Also I got kicked out of the queue, rejoined and it had saved my space, I didn't join the back.

Oh savage! we're still in a queue I don't even know for where 😆
