Dd is the same. Win or lose, she is just enjoying the sport. She hasn't yet been allowed to compete since she ripped her meniscus (her coach wants her to take it slowly) so we were excited that she is still ranked at GB level. She will need to start at some low level comps before stepping it back up, not so great for her, but selfishly I'll be able to go and watch.

Is this a Sunak hating thread or a Reform hating one?

I'm anti any government that others groups of people if that helps, so for me it's gtto, but not by voting in another othering party.

Completely agree. It ought to put the ‘we need to capture the reform vote’ idea to bed as she gets shown up while pushing the voters they actually need further away.

Kemi Badenoch annoys her own party! She is not very clubbable. But maybe I am wrong about the job. In Opposition, you can just criticize if you are lazy. Seeing as this is her actual MO as a Minster then it may be a perfect fit.

@CassieSaysGoodbyeTories I think we have an enormous problem with the media in this country, the Tories have been enabled by a swathe of client journalists who have failed to hold them to account. The media are not supposed to be in cahoots with politicians, I am hoping to see a change after the election, Kuennsberg being moved on would be a great start, also laws similar to New Zealand where media organisations cannot be owned by foreign nationals and non doms.

I say dreich frequently! The word was given to me by my Aberdonian best friend. I don’t say it as well as she does but I do say it frequently as I live in coastal Wales where we have a lot of it.
