Favourite Lego sets?

I’ve recently got into Lego, what are your favourite Lego sets?

my personal favourite is the Bonsai tree. I just love the frogs!

We have £20k of Lego (DH keeps a spreadsheet). About 2/3rds are in the loft, we rotate them. My favourite set on display is Rivendell.

We have about 10 under bed storage boxes full of Lego. Loads of sets mixed up but sorted by type of brick. Would love to sort out good drawer storage on wheels so we can make any space a temporary Lego building spot, but could probably buy several large sets with that money!

I love a lot of the Elves range, and the look of the botanicals but dont own any of those yet. I feel I should prob be able to make at least a few from what we already have! I've tried to do my own creations but I'm really not creative enough

I LOVE those Scooby Doo sets! Never seen them before 😍

Scooby sets are long retired, but are brilliant!

I got into Lego about 18mths ago and love the modular sets , I'm gutted to have missed the Parisian restaurant though .

A recent favourite was the tranquil garden .

I really want the Jaws set when it's released!

Like some pp we have thousands of pounds worth , we rotate it . Currently on display is the lighthouse ( with lighting) , Rivendell , cactus , flowers , steamboat willies boat and some Starwars . My favourite is probably the very large Eiffel Tower which we had on display for years but is now in the loft . We have most of the Disney builds and large architecture like the Taj Mahal . On the waiting to be built list is the Colosseum , lots of Star Wars bits that are my husbands to do , the parrot wall art and the Lord of the Rings Barad - dur .

The Friends Botanical Garden is a lovely set. It has lots of miniature versions of various flowers and plants.

I have added this to my list. No wonder I’m skint 😂

Theres a "rebuild" that's popular involving 2 botanical Gardens. I'm very tempted by a second one...

@PuttingDownRoots yes a lot of people bought 2 so they could make the dome an actual dome.

I love my globe because it spins! My other favourite is the hogwarts icons set with Hedwig. It stands at the top of the stairs where it looks very effective. However I've knocked it off twice so I've built it 3 times now!

I've just added the bird house to my list. I have a few Christmas sets that I only display at Christmas. And a few disney sets which are out most of the time. I wish I could have a lego room.

My most treasured is the Home Alone house which my stepson got me for Mother's Day ❤️ I'm just about to dismantle it so I can rebuild it at Xmas. My other favourite is Hocus Pocus and Winnie the Pooh treehouse. I've got the big Hogwarts castle but I've had to dismantle it as I have nowhere to display. Next 2 sets are Snow White and the big Simba 🤩 can't wait for my bday in October

wild west, camping, trains, harry potter, space themed, then lego technic for the trucks/lorries etc

I'm eyeing up the boutique hotel at the moment , then at Xmas the new build and I also like the home alone house .
Rivendell would be a retirement build .
See it's better not to become interested otherwise it becomes a bit addictive
