It was about distribution of profits. The “two women” are actually company shareholders suing for what they say is their share of the profits. It’s not clear who won the case.

This post says a lot, about you, and how you're stretching. You keep using antagonistic language all the time, when there's no credible evidence and he was cleared by a court of law on more than a dozen charges, investigated by the FBI for over decade and found nothing. By numerous state institutions and child services, all of whom found no evidence.

So @Mirabai was right - the James Safechuck is in fact James Sr, who ran this company. James Safechuck Jr of Leaving Neverland has never worked for Sea/Sue Inc. he runs a design company and has worked there for the last 20 years.

Honestly the lengths people go to to discredit victims is creepy but it’s especially annoying when they’re just plain dumb in doing it.

Quite, it’s a civil case and most cases settle. We don’t know in whose favour.

My language is appropriate. I don’t tiptoe around the feelings of nonces. It’s also easier to type than pedophile.

The FBI DID find evidence - otherwise they wouldn’t ave been able to bring a charge in the first place. The bar to charge for these crimes is VERY high. The list is not bogus, and that line meant that it can’t support a charge for possessing IIOC on its own. It’s also entirely relevant that a man accused of sex crimes has a huge porn collection and books of naked little boys

Jordan Chandler’s description was accurate (because Jackson sexually abused him). How I wish Jackson WASN’T guilty because that means he didn’t ruin the lives of so many little boys. But he is. And I suspect you know deep down and you can’t come to terms with it for whatever reason. Not a healthy outlook on life mate.

If only the impartial judicial system didn't use facts and evidence to clear Michael Jackson of all accusations and wrongdoing in the 2005(which also covered the 1993 allegations) trial.

It didn’t clear him of wrongdoing. The jury of his peers couldn’t find him guilty behind reasonable doubt. That’s not the same as being innocent.
Ive seen interviews with jury members who’ve said the unbeliever he is a child molester but they had to focus on this particular case, not speculate on Jackson in general

None. His lies(which he invented after Michael died) have been thrown out of court several times. Remember, it's not about the money though(more lies by him. It's always been about the money).Even though Wade and James have sued and sued, and sued the MJ Estate for hundreds of millions of dollars. They would sell their soul to the devil.

Im a CSA survivor but that isn’t recognised in law, it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. But common sense and a smidgen of critical thinking would make anyone with more than 4 brain cells realise Michael Jackson was the world’s most obvious pedophile and it genuinely shocks me that people think he wasn’t.

I really hope you people who think Jackson is innocent don’t have kids or any contact with any children ever. Your lack of safeguarding ability makes you very dangerous.

Not lies, but I take it you don’t know what the statute of limitations is? Nevertheless they won their latest motion so I hope they strip Jackson’s production company of every penny. They deserve it. Why shouldn’t they sue the company that slows them to hang out with a pedophile in their childhood?

The thing is that there is plenty of credible evidence. It's not normal for a grown man to sleep with young boys (that aren't their kids). Full stop. Take away the weirdness and global popularity of MJ and I reckon 100% of the general public would share this view if it was a random man they knew.

Add in the books of naked children and the testimony of some of the victims and I'm surprised that anyone can say with certainty that he was innocent. The evidence is compelling and I very much doubt he'd have been prosecuted otherwise (particularly given the wealth and popularity of the accused which made it harder for the prosecutors).

Jackson may not have been found guilty in a court of law but that doesn't mean he's innocent either. On the balance of evidence, it is highly unlikely he's innocent of sexual abuse. There's been plenty of miscarriages of justice where perpetrators have walked free, often on technicalities. The murderers of Suzy Lampugh and Jill Dando aren't in prison for starters. It does NOT mean they were innocent of the act itself.

I honestly can't wait for this to go to court again, because they will be exposed for the liars they so clearly are.

I have no sympathy whatsoever for men who abuse children, that's saved for the victims who've had their lives ruined. And on the balance of probabilities, I side with the children because if it was my child that had been abused, I'd be utterly disgusted with people claiming the abuser was innocent and that they “can’t wait for it to go the court again”. CSA is pretty much the most sick and depraved crime there is and I have the utmost sympathy for child victims that have to testify, whether it’s against MJ or Barry down the road.

Calling it pornography minimises what it is. Child sex abuse images / videos is a more accurate term.

It's the same minimisation (unintended I know) as people using the word 'underage' when talking about abuse. The correct term is 'children'. You haven't used the term underage about abused children I don't think but just explaining it's the same reasoning as not using 'child porn' as a description.

It has been mentioned serveral times that there are child sexual abuse survivors posting on the thread, and it has been pointed out to you that you are coming across as over Invested and aggressive.
