DH is dropping kids off the heading down to see how it’s looking. It’s a beautiful day here in Yorkshire and we saw Babs on the Ring doorbell heading out at 6am - curiouser and curiouser

I have a sneaking suspicion that if she DOES go, it will be scorched earth.

Hi all I am out of surgery now it went well and sitting with a sugar filled cuppa feeling a bit groggy and sore. But I have codeine prescribed so I fully intend to be high for the next 2 weeks 🤣

DH has messaged while I was in surgery - he went to the allotment and Babs was there, as was all her crap unmoved. He’s spoken to her, I’m not sure what was said but he’s gonna fill me in when he comes to visit tonight as it’s too long for a text and he doesn’t want me to stress out. FFS.

Babs still has 10 days to shift her crap, so don’t stress it. She’ll wait it out to the bitter end because she’s an idiot, but in under a fortnight it will all be over and done with.

I've just read through all threads as only seen thread three for the first time - I am so sorry you and DH are under this level of stress - we have our very own Barbara a few doors down whose modus operandi with her very kind neighbour is whenever there is a problem where her house is actively damaging my neighbours eg blocked guttering causing damp on the adjacent wall is to state she is an old lady - she is much older than your Barbara though- and incapable of doing anything so they will have to organise and pay for her gutter repairs - she does manage however to regularly visit her other house in historical city that must cost shedloads ........ sending healing vibes and hope your DH is ok
