If I was Red Bull I would call Joss's bluff and say OK then leave. There is no way he is going to sacrifice Max driving the best car by a mile on the grid (you would hope!) to go to Mercedes or the like. Then you can deal with the Horner incidents as a separate thing. They shouldn't be connected and it's just Joss being a cunt as per usual and throwing his weight around.

No one also knows if the twinned contracts between Horner and Newey are true or not. If RB lose Newey they are fucked and they know it.

It's a rumour doing the rounds. I am not convinced it's true. There has been people in F1 who say she collapsed in tears at a race weekend and admitted what had been happening at RB and that's how it came out, not that she was dating Joss.

Totally agree! I think CH is a slimy arsehole but JV and Helmut Marko are both worse - toxic, awful individuals.

CH deserves to lose his job (IMO) but it shouldn't be at a power play or JV. What's his beef anyway? It's not like MV hasn't been hugely favoured by CH and VV successful.

But go on RB, call JV's bluff - no chance he's going to go to another team with a less dominant car, not if he wants to keep winning WDC. And in any other team, I can't see JV being allowed to even have a say, nor Max being given such completely preferential treatment at all times. It's all hot air and bluster.

I agree. Dp was watching Drive to Survive this weekend - Lawrence stroll left his wife for someone 37 years his junior, a Brazilian model, Jos Verstappen was prosecuted for threatening his ex wife. The drivers were joking with Lance Stroll when he broke his wrist whether he was back wanking. It's all boys and toys and I'm half surprised they weren't all patting Horner on the back and congratulating him.

I was surprised by jos’s comments, it does seem like there is a huge drive to get Horner out. The only person who can do that definitively is max. If he threatens to leave they will all pick him over Horner.

I also don’t understand the comments in the Mail article, stating sources saying Geri has stated Christian has to cut contacts with this woman and she wants her fired. I mean Christian is never going to want to go near her ever again after this, and I’m sure it’s him that wants her fired. He’s hardly going to be texting her for pics now. He won’t want to be anywhere near her. And the thought of her as is Pa will give him night sweats.

I read one report saying the PA is an 'ex Red Bull employee', so maybe she has already left or been fired with a pay off and, more than likely, a watertight NDA.

Missed that development yesterday. So Jos ( the dad of Max the redbull driver) is in a relationship with Horner's PA. That's partly why they want rid of Horner.

She didn't go to Bahrain though did she?

PLEASE someone post the link to the leaked texts. I know everyone is saying its all over reddit and tiktok etc but all I find are messages about cocoa pops and if they slept ok
