We gift people chocolate, why not crisps?!

Was thinking earlier how I'd bloody love a selection box of lovely crisps as a present. You know, nice posh ones you wouldn't normally buy yourself.

I may start it off 😂

My autistic son is obsessed with finding different flavours of crisps, he often gets them for Christmas🤣🤣🤣

I went to a cash and carry once and bought one of those pub wall hangers of scampi fries as a Christmas gift for a friend. (Those ones that have 30 odd packets attached and you just pull them off as and when.)

My friend thought it was the greatest gift ever!

I used to gift Pringles to the DC when they were little, they thought it was fab!

Mind you, even Doritos are over 2 quid now so crisps would be a luxury gift 😂

I like beefy Burts crisps and found some in tesco. Not keen on the cheesy ones though. They don't seem as mainstream to buy as other crisps and I've gone off kettle crisis lately.

Walkers used to do competitions for novel crisp flavours - they had weird concoctions like Full English Breakfast and Pie and Mash flavour exaggerated for effect!

Lancashire crisps do a multi box and home delivery, bought in the past for both husband and son. They loved it.

Reading about the PP ordering Bacon and Scampi fries from Amazon made me smile as I ordered the bacon fries for DH's Christmas. He loves them! I'm not sure how to wrap them though. I could leave them in the Amazon box but it's huge.

Youngest DS is getting a tube of pringles in his stocking. We're a big crisp family!

I loathe chocolate...really can't stand it! However, being a primary teacher, I get a LOT of it as Christmas and end of year gifts. Of course I'm incredibly gracious and grateful, but I do feel bad that parents have spent their hard earned money buying me something that I just give away. I'd rather they sent me a card or letter saying thank you - or a bag of Kettle Chips, obviously 🤣
