Pornhub logo is stuck on my iPad! Help!

Hi all. Putting aside your views on porn, who is good at tech stuff? I decided to see what the fuss was about and googled Pornhub yesterday evening on my iPad. Fairly grim. But now whenever I open up Google, there’s a small pornhub logo on the tab!! I am useless at tech and don’t know how to get rid of this - and I really don’t want my teenage kids to see it. I tried ‘delete history’ on Safari in setting. Can anyone else help me? Feeling horrified with myself. (A, for looking, and b, for being tech crap). Please help, embarrassed middle aged mum here.

Do you have any Apple stores near you? This sort of thing would be easy for them I’m sure.

I also feel old and clueless but that is the joy of Apple, they are so generic there is usually some way of getting help.

I second taking it somewhere if you can - even into Apple. Say your children did it as a joke but now you can't get rid of it.
It's the sort of thing the teens I know would find a hilarious prank so very plausible.
And if the collective knowledge of Mumsnet haven't helped then it's time to move it to another level!

Please be gentle on yourself. It's only been 6 months since your DH died. How much support are you getting?

if you can see on the iPad how to contact Apple technical help, they can chat or phone you and do a remote takeover of your screen - very hopeful and have fixed anything when I needed it

Well you should have open d a new tab on private browsing.
if it s showing up on tabs then you are a frequent watcher lol 😂
