The written parts that go along with her posts on Instagram just seem weird to me, does she really write them?
Also, where is her mum? How could she not be trying to help her?

We don’t know who is or isn’t trying to help her. Anyone with a family member with MH/addiction type issues (not saying she’s an addict, but it all falls under the same umbrella) will know that you can quite literally give your life up to help them and it will achieve sod all. The fact she isn’t ‘cured’ isn’t proof nobody is trying to help her. We just don’t know do we. Either way, she seems to be emulating the ‘flirty, sexy school girl’ persona that got her famous and made her a pin up. She’s too old for it now obviously but it’s like she can’t let it go because she thinks that’s all people will be interested in. It’s all so sad

Yes, she’s definitely stuck in the early 2000’s where that kind of sexualisation was normalised. Actually makes me shudder now looking back on it.
I’ve read that she’s displaying signs of meth addiction (obviously rumour) but if you look at the difference in her teeth, and her demeanour, it makes sense.

I watched a video where a doctor (apparently no idea if this is correct) said that her behaviour/appearance/teeth is because she had to take Litihum for years. Apparently long term it kills of brain cells.
Whenever I watch her videos she reminds me (and I know this sounds weird!) of my mum. Like Britneys sons I've gone No contact, It's the look in her eyes. A weird defensive thing were even though she knows it's inappropriate behaviour she does it anyway to the detriment of anyone around her, me and my sister think it's a personality disorder and I think Britney probably has one too.
There's a video that her son released where he telling her to put her boobs away and she's just screaming at him, sad really.

I cannot believe people are suggesting she needs to be in a conservatorship. Her father spent her money for years and she couldn’t. She wasn’t even allowed to choose her own lawyer. She paid millions for him to keep her imprisoned.
just because she has mental health problems doesn’t mean she should have all her agency taken from her. We don’t forbid women from spending their own money just because they are fucked off and exhibitionists. Of course Britney is traumatised. She was intensely harassed by paparazzi and abused by her father.

She's been in this downward spiral for a long time, the pole was a suprise change from spinning on the spot though.. the husband seems useless, he clearly doesn't know how to help her, even if he wanted to, and I know myself how difficult it is to get through to someone in a MH crisis. Sadly I don't think this will change until the money runs out, then it will get worse.

Oh the lithium thing definitely makes more sense than the meth theory. Just goes to show how ridiculous some rumours can be! And yes I’m aware that I’m the fool who brought it up 🤦‍♀️

I don’t understand much about conservatorships and I agree she’s been treated appallingly by everyone around her. But there’s no denying that she could probably do with more support. It’s a shame there doesn’t seem to be anyone around her who loves her deeply.
Maybe she’s just a complete dick in real life though, who knows?

I noticed when looking at her insta that she has posted a few images of occult type books. Nothing wrong with reading about that stuff but it is a common fixation for people with mental illness like Bipolar Disorder. So that along with the constant very sexualised dancing videos and nakedness makes me think she isn't well. Even the video where she is petting her dog, her movements seem odd. However perhaps this is as well as she is going to get? She seems physically healthy and while I'm not personally a fan of her style, hair or make up she seems clean, her clothing is clean, her house seems tidy and clean and her husband who I think she has been with for 7 years seems to be around in her life and they do have a prenup I see.

Perhaps the dancing and posting it makes her happy and perhaps shocking everyone makes her feel powerful and in control in a life where others have manipulated her for their own benefit since childhood? She is obviously a very damaged person and I think lacks the emotional maturity we'd expect from someone her age so while I do find it crass and I do think a mother ought to think of how her kids are impacted by their behaviour I also have a great deal of sympathy for her.

@Buffypaws Thanks for that post, I agree that suggesting she should be back under and exploitative conservatorship is an awful idea. I will take a listen to that podcast!

In her latest instagram post about polka dots, she’s called Julia Roberts “Julia Brown”. I feel confident this is just an honest mistake, but it still feels like a 🥴 moment. No idea how else to explain it, thank god for emojis.

Long term side effects of Lithium are nothing like that, it actually has a restorative effect on brain cells but can be detrimental to kidneys and thyroid. Definitely would not explain any of this type of behaviour unfortunately

Utter bullshit. Lithium is now being looked at as an effective treatment for dementia, it is recognised as more effective than amphetamine for ADHD in adults and is the gold standard for bipolar disorder. When spouting clueless crap, please consider the effect linking these 'side effects' to a treatment for debilitating conditions can have for people who need it and maybe disuaded by this.
