Interesting that we managed a full thread without a draconian MN closedown. I'm thinking this suggests that the reasons for some of the other threads being closed down were arbitrary and maybe not completely in line with MN guidelines. Maybe somebody just shouted loudly and closing down the previous threads seemed to MN to be the path of least resistance?

If so, they reckoned without the tenacity of the bucket weilding, mop carrying, unsilencable, heroic Cleaners of 'Coming Clean'!

Not planning on setting up a new thread myself, but should the focus of any future threads be back to basics. I.e. whether people in general - and Liz Fraser, author of Coming Clean in particular, should be able to plaster their shaky narrative all over the public domain without being called out for their inaccuracies? Critics should not be silenced imho, but the focus should really be on public domain info.

I think LF got the thread pulled because it has a photo of Liz’s instagram where she badmouthed the DSM ( Liz then edited that insta post) considering we didn’t badmouth the DSM ( we far as I could see) I doubt she asked for it down!
